My name is Joel Childers, I'm currently a student at Abilene Christian University, studying History, in the hopes of one day doing something.. who knows what? The main goal of my life, however, is to show off my Christian values, and hopefully show strangers and friends alike what it means to live a Christlike lifestyle. I consider myself a well-rounded person, with all sorts of interests and and opinions, and I do my best to always try new things and keep an open mind.
I'm an Abilene High Eagle and an ACU Wildcat first and foremost, I also consider myself an avid Texas Tech Red Raiders fan, a Texas Rangers fan, and an Oakland Raiders fan. My favorite sport is basketball and while I love the Texas teams, LeBron James is my boy, and wherever he goes, my heart goes with him. Sports are a huge part of my life, and a huge chunk of my time is spent watching ESPN.
I consider myself a Naturalized Texanian. I may not have been born here but I consider myself as much a Texan as the next man.
